In the latest rankings for the best employer in Bulgaria, SiteGround has once again secured the top spot, boasting an impressive team engagement rate of 91%, according to the company’s blog post.
The recognition comes from the Kincentric Best Employer program, conducted by ARS Bulgaria in exclusive partnership with the global company Kincentric. The program evaluates employers based on an independent survey of their employees, focusing on key factors that distinguish successful companies worldwide.
Consistent Excellence in Employee Engagement
SiteGround’s consistent excellence in employee engagement is highlighted by its fifth consecutive Top Employer title using the Kincentric methodology. Over the past five years, the company has maintained a steady engagement rate between 85% and 89%. The 2023 survey results not only affirm SiteGround’s commitment to employee-oriented policies but also underscore the company’s ability to preserve its values and culture amid substantial growth.
The 91% engagement rate achieved in 2023 positions SiteGround as a leader not only in the highly competitive IT industry but also across the entire country. A resounding 93% believe that the company is dedicated to customer satisfaction, while 92% express confidence in management’s high level of engagement with both people and work needs.
